Correct Skates and Gear

✅ I understand that these lessons are for quad roller skates only. Inline skates, rollerblades, or any skates other than traditional quad skates are not permitted. I accept that no refunds, credits, or session transfers will be given if my child is unable to skate due to bringing the wrong type of skates.

✅ I agree to the Empowr Protective Gear Policy. A skate helmet (not a bike helmet), wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads are required for participation. I understand that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be given for non-compliance with the protective gear policy.

Notifications for Subscribed Members

✅ I understand that the designated WhatsApp group is used for important updates, information, and policy changes regarding sessions. If I choose not to join the group or do not regularly check updates, Empowr CIC is not responsible for any missed information, session changes, or announcements.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Kidzskate Jam with Coaching MBRP Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Activation:
   Membership is valid immediately upon purchase and will automatically renew each month.

2. Monthly Access:
   Members are entitled to weekly access to their registered skating lesson day during each membership month.

3. No Rollover:
   Unused sessions cannot be carried forward. Any unused sessions at the end of the membership month will be forfeited.

4. Membership Termination:
   Memberships may be terminated at any time by either the member or Empowr CIC with appropriate notice.

5. Membership Fee:
   A monthly membership fee is required to maintain access to sessions.

6. Non-Transferable:
   Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.

7. Terms, Liabilities, and Disclaimers:
   Members must adhere to all terms, liabilities, and disclaimers as outlined on the Empowr CIC website.

8. Timetable and Breaks:
   The membership pricing accounts for scheduled breaks throughout the year (6–8 weeks total). Memberships should not be cancelled during these breaks, as fees already reflect these scheduled closures.

9. Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.

10. Facility Closure:
    In the event of facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), Empowr CIC may extend membership access to cover lost session days.
